To search for a property simply click the 'Property Search' link in the main menu above.

PROPERTY SEARCH

When on the Property Search page, you will be presented with the search box and a selection of options (please also view image opposite):

1. Location
   This will list ALL of the locations that John Smale currently has properties in. The numbers to the right of each location correspond to the number of properties available in that area
2. Sales, lettings, or commercial
   Choose a property type: sales, lettings or commercial
3. Property type
   Choose a type of property, e.g. house, bungalow, flat, etc. There are numbers to the right of each property type which correspond to the number of properties of that type available.
4. Ref
   Add a reference number, if you have one, for direct access to a property.
5. Bedrooms (min)
   Choose the minimum amount of bedrooms you require for your property.
6. Min/Max price
   Choose the minimum and maximum amount you would like to pay for your required property. Please input figures without spaces, e.g. 180000, not 180 000.
