The company is also a member of the Property Ombudsman. Clients' money is held in a protected and insured client account which is not used for the purpose of running the business. Your money, as well as being recorded on our management systems, is checked and balanced by an outside company of accountants.

EPCs are now required by law on all residential let properties available to let to a tenant.
Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme
By law, all Landlords are now required to have the rental deposit safeguarded by one of the government deposit schemes.
