The property market will continue to be open during the current 4 week lockdown.
The Government Regulations specifically state that activities relating to the property sector are "allowed to continue under exemption to leaving your home" and that you are allowed to undertake the following activities in connection with the purchase, sale, letting or rental of a residential or commercial property:
1. Visiting estate or lettings agents, developer sales offices or show homes.
2. Viewings residential properties to look for a property to buy or to rent.
3. Preparing a residential property to move in.
4. Moving house.
5. Visiting a residential property to undertake any activities required for the rental or sale of that property.
