We are pleased to announce that Sarah Campbell has joined our Property Management team at John Smale & Co. Having 17 years’ experience managing her own properties and 8 years as a professional property agent we feel confident that Sarah will be a great asset to the company.
Sarah is qualified with the National federation of property professionals; The Technical Award, which is a nationally recognised industry qualification and being a member of ARLA which aims to promote better regulation and higher practice standards in the UK private rented sector, Sarah is confident that she will be able to provide our customers with a personal and dedicated service.
Sarah's knowledge and experience has proven invaluable to professional and accidental landlords and she will be delighted to assist on all matters including: tenant expectations, legislation; income projections, purchasing of investment property and suitable locations. John Smale & Co covers a wide area of North Devon and more; from Tiverton to Bideford and Lynton to South Molton so you can rest assured we have every area covered.
Sarah is dedicated to providing a comprehensive service to all our landlords and tenants and she is structuring the Property Management department to provide a more efficient and informative service for all. We carry out inventories, inspections and check out reports with an up to date and efficient electronic service, providing landlords with a thorough report and photos almost immediately. Therefore allowing less time for any issues, should there be any, to develop. We deal with all reported maintenance issues quickly, to reassure the tenant and to save the landlord expense. We use qualified and insured contractors for all our works.
